Travel Prophylaxis: Many people are reluctant to have orthodox immunisation for travelling or are concerned about their efficacy. This kit offers an alternative or adjunct to the orthodox treatments and we have included three extra remedies to assist with your well being. The 7 remedy Travel Prophylaxis Kit is supplied in a zip pouch and contains the following remedies. 

Take the first three remedies while in suspect areas. Typhoid 200c : Taken fortnightly. Hepatitis 30c : Taken weekly. Malaria 200c : Taken fortnightly.

The following remedies can be taken daily while travelling: Arsenicum 6c One dose per day starting a few days before travel and continuing for the course of the trip. Arsenicum helps the body to adjust to change, physical, emotional & psychic. Food poisoning, stomach upsets & colds that come on with weather changes. Increase to 4hrly for symptoms. China 6c Adds additional protection in Malarial areas. One dose per day. After any severe loss of bodily fluids increase to 3 times daily. Ledum 6c One dose daily helps negate possible effects of any insect bites. Also useful in cases of other bites and "pin-prick" type injuries. Phosphorus 6c Six hourly with Hepatitis 30c for suspected hepatitis.

The five remedy Mini Travel Prophylaxis Kit includes Typhoid, Hepatitis and Malaria as well as Arsenicum and Jet Lag Drops 5x   ( A combination remedy to help with the adjustment to change.)

Childhood Prophylaxis: To vaccinate or not is a dilemma which parents often find hard to resolve. On the one hand we have the very active campaigning by the Health Department which strikes a note of fear that any child not fully vaccinated by the orthodox system runs a high risk of contracting deadly diseases. On the other hand we have a growing body of concern within the medical profession in particular, and the community in general, that the side effects are worse than the disease itself. Countless children appear to begin episodes of chronic disease such as asthma, eczema etc at the time of immunisation. This indicates that the immune system has been over challenged.

Should you chose orthodox immunisation for your child but are concerned about the possible side effects we suggest that you support the system with the vacci-relief combination available with full instructions through the Centre. The introduction of the vaccine seems to coincide with an extremely widespread outbreak of chicken pox and other ailments with blister like eruptions . If you are particularly concerned about your child developing the illness and they have been in contact with contagious people you can use the remedy Varicella. The kit includes Ipecac - wheezing, rattling, chest, gagging and vomiting. Drosera - dry, frequent, noisy cough. Painful midnight - 2am. Corallium - violent, explosive spasmodic cough and profuse vomiting of mucus. Carbo Veg - weak and exhausted, to help resolution. Pertussin is also important as a prophylactic to reduce the impact for family and friends.
